The Red Oak Public Library will host a homeschool STEAM program on monarch butterflies Thursday, Oct. 8, from 10 to 11 a.m. in the library’s Community Room, according to the library’s events calendar. The library is at 101 S. Live Oak St.
The session is for children ages 6 to 12 and is part of a recurring weekly STEAM series that continues on other Thursdays through December.
Under the library’s Safe Child Policy, children 10 and under may not be left unattended, and a person age 15 or older must remain on the premises during the program.
