The Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will consider a replat for Oak Creek Ranch, Phase 2, according to the county. The plan would combine Lot 1 of Anchor P Ranch with surrounding property to create a roughly 108-lot subdivision and dedicate new right-of-way.
The 155-acre site sits about 755 feet southeast of the intersection of E FM 875 and Skinner Road, partly within the City of Midlothian’s extraterritorial jurisdiction, in Road and Bridge Precinct No. 4.
Commissioners are scheduled to take up the item Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2026, at 2 p.m. on the second floor of the historic Ellis County Courthouse, 101 West Main St. in Waxahachie. Questions can be directed to the county’s Department of Development at 972-825-5200.
